      Pros

      Great opportunities ability to move within the company. Black Box doesn't just higher anyone off the streets, they carefully vet all of their hires to make sure they are not only a good fit for the company, but that the company is a good fit for them.

      Cons

      Other than the acquisition by AGC Networks (that's not even really a "con" it's just been a bumpy road as is most mergers) there aren't really any I can think of.

      Pros

      They seem to really care about the employee experience, which is nice in today's world. Engagement surveys, company-wide meetings, my manager is really good, and my team works really well together. Things seem to be moving in the right direction. A lot of PTO, which is really nice.

      Cons

      There are a lot of new systems launching at the same time which can be hard to learn. Sometimes red tape to manage through.
