5yThank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, it's important that we hear both the good and the areas of opportunity. I'm sorry to hear that your review included that you would not recommend Black Box. While I agree that our PTO is a great benefit (above average), I am sorry that you got the sense we lay off a lot of people each year. Over the past 6 quarters our involuntary turnover has averaged less than 4%. I'm pleased to say that even through COVID, the vast majority of employees that were put on furlough are back at work serving our customers, which is great! Thanks again for taking the time to comment and I wish you the best going forward.
