Partial Work-life balance. Though the average work in a day is optimum, you are expected to extend work hours and work on the weekends & Shifts

Cons

Though the company claims to be Product based, the internal operations, HR policies and behaviour is similar to a BPO. The HR policies described during the interview process and while joining were totally different HR is least bothered about employees. Opening of offices during Sept 2020 when there were no facilities such as cafeteria, shuttle were available at tech park & Not recommending WFH during the second wave until state government has put restrictions is the best example
