      Thank you for sharing your feedback about Black Box. Because we serve clients around the world, customer locations are not always super convenient. Listening to our team members is an important part of our success and we are continuously looking for additional avenues to do just that. This year we introduced our quarterly engagement survey and quarterly all team member calls where we encourage team members to ask questions and provide feedback. We will also continue with our more traditional methods like weekly or bi-weekly 1-1 meetings between team members and managers.       A great company to work for

      Pros

      Black Box is a great place to work for. This level of team work and decency of employees with one another I have not seen in many years. Truly a team working together to strive for greatness with both employees and customers to have the best experiences. Managers that listen and have your back and willing to lend a hand or give you time when you need to discuss situations is rare and at Black Box they do just that.

      Cons

      I am hard pressed to have much of a con but if I were to say the one drawback would be is that Black Box is about a set of specific experience and skills. The company is in the process of obtaining enough skilled team members in the field and back office.
