Thanks for taking the time to write a review, although I regret that your time with Black Box was not what you had hoped it would be long-term. I agree, we have many opportunities for starting your career, as a matter of fact we were also launching our internship program, globally, prior to the pandemic's disruption. But, we'll pick that up next year. One area we are very focused on is career development for all levels in the organization. We have started at the technician and project manager level and will continue to build our career paths each year.
