      I would agree that we have a challenging work environment from the perspective of integrating all of the historical business into 1BBOX. This environment is well suited for individuals that like a challenge and are comfortable with process improvement. We do have "free lunch" at some of our locations which is a nice perk. We have been focused on improving financial results and restructuring the sales organization to drive performance. We are always looking for strong talent to join the team. Thanks, David M.       I am disappointed you did not have a good work experience with Black Box. I am always available for direct feedback in regard to improvements to the workplace and business. We have an open door policy and frequently do "skip level" sessions to get direct feedback from team members to make improvements. I am not sure that I would agree with the comment that "Executives at the top take care of themselves." As the HR leader for the business, we strive to ensure that all team members are treated fairly. Everyone, even Executives, have the same compensation and benefit programs that we have for everyone else. If team members do not receive bonuses, leaders to not receive bonuses. Everyone on the team contributes to our success. We have had a lot of change at Black Box over the two years I have been here. It is now a fast paced organization that focuses on excellence, rewards on merit & contribution, and values diversity in team members. Thanks, David M. Pasternak, Vice President of Human Resources

      Great opportunity if you are looking to be part of the transformation. Lot's of strong talent and growing. Reorganizing from old P&L process to becoming one company.
