      Pros

      5+ years working directly for BBNS on overseas and local Government security contracts. I had a good senior project manager who stood by his employees and interesting projects to work on The compensation was decent and benefits were comparable.

      Cons

      Not much in the way of any efforts to keep/place employees after contract loss. Layoffs are a part of the modern contracting workforce and this company is not immune. Employee contract turnover rate was high and a very real disconnect between upper management and employees created challenging working conditions.
