      Pros

      Pay was OK. Seeing some promising results with an improved and more focused product offering through technologies obtained with recent acquisitions.

      Cons

      Highly unprofessional management where you have to deal with yelling and shouting on a daily basis. You can't trust the HR department, anything you tell them in confidence will reach the VP. Complete lack of an overall strategy. High employee turnover rate and seagull management style with a constant change of VP's and CEO's. The product division's business model reselling OEM products is not sustainable. The stock price is probably representative of where this company is heading. Benefits used to be great, but after cutting insurance and 401K matching there is nothing left.
