Pros

Ability to work remotely. Immediate reports are great workers with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Cons

I feel a strong need to dispute those putting blame for poor performance on the sales force. In order to be successful you must have the attitude that EVERYONE is in sales. The sales force is grossly under supported and expected to generate sales at unattainable margins. The overall business is one big disjointed mess. There are many people within the company sabotaging the sales initiative.

Free lunch in cafeteria, free parking, flex time schedule, casual dress code and jeans, nice people, learn a lot of life lessons

Cons

No 401k match, no bonus. Management wants to do more with less resources. They will say this isn’t true or that they will do something about it, but they won’t. Constrained budgets. Everyone is doing the workload of 2-5 people. Because of this, morale is low.

While i was there i was able to grow in a account manager and project manager role. Gained alot of IT knowledge while there on various infrastructure projects

Cons

The pay did not match the work. There was alot of complex projects that would have paid alot more money.
