The process is complicated, and there’s little support for career development within the company. Retention Issues: The company hires new employees frequently but fails to retain existing ones, which leads to high turnover and an unstable work environment. Limited Employee Engagement: There’s little effort from management to keep employees engaged or motivated, leading to low morale among the team.
