      Worst of any experience in a 30 year telecom career.

      Solid array of products and services Best technicians in the industry

      Cons

      Zero communications from senior management never celebrate victories. Too many decisions based on "good old boys" network with the current CEO. No strategic plan. Flavor of the month product approach and snap in mergers are not providing equity growth. Outdated financial model out of touch with market pricing No chances for advancement. Teamwork is very poor

      Pros

      flexible schedule and work at home arrangement which allowed me to focus on my job without being policed in an office environment and avoid an urban commute.

      Cons

      poorly managed and lack of direction as a company,too much focus on cost containment and lack of understanding of the competitive landscape.

      I was able to work from home while it lasted.

      The primary objective for Black Box is to aquire every PBX serive company and consolidate down until the market no longer exists. Upon the success of killing an industry, the people on top become multi-millionaires and everyone else eventually loses their job.
