Nice people, under appreciated blue collar workers, nice products to learn

Cons

Too many managers who have no idea what people do. Buddy system is destroying the company. Too much management who has been there forever that are comfy and complacent and could care less about the blue collar workers who make the company run. People who manage multiple depts and make big bucks should at least know your name not to mention what jobs and roles the employees perform.

Don;t know where to start. Biggest problem is management structure. You can't take just anyone and make them a good manager with a title. Start looking at regional managers and look at where you have experienced most major problems. Should turn on a light for you. This could be a good company,
