Great location and a flexible work schedule. The non management employees work really well together.

Cons

Executive management is out of touch. They treat all others as if they are disposable. No respect.

The company benefits are top notch. Black Box as a whole is a giant organization and the name carries a lot of weight. I think the Resale Division is where they are falling short.

Cons

The Resale Division is trying to sell very out dated technology. They not willing to look at improving on their technology to be more current and competitive and a very flooded market. Basically, I felt like I was an auto dialer, they seem to just want butts in the seat to make as many phone calls a week as possible, and do not have a stronger strategy than that toward going to market for this division.
