Big US Company. Give us a lot free space to go forward, to share ideas. Black Box is allways on the technology edge, so we don't have time to sleep on our experience but always need to learn more and this a real plus for our skils.

Cons

Not enough regional contact with colleagues then we work in an only-international environment.

I had a great experience being onboarded in Europe at Black Box. There was no question left unanswered. It was almost overwhelming to see that not only HR and Talent Acquisition but business leaders working towards bringing me up to speed with company insights. It served me very well as I was able to hit the ground running really fast. It was an unspoken teamwork which I will respect forever. Information is key, the amazing this is that everyone is handing it to you.

No cons, all challenges faced from the beginning of my time at Black Box have turned out into well defined processes in my area.
