Easy to get job, small company so fast turnaround time and better recognition

Cons

Senior management in IT specially VP, directors are useless. They have no idea of market trend. IT head just keeps talking and other laughs on his silly mindset. Micro management. onsite leaders always have job security concerns so keep India staff on hook.
