Unfortunately, there is no room for growth because most jobs are being sent overseas. Management is completely disconnected from the issues. There is a complete lack of transparency and communication in this company. They have lost a great deal of business but have doubled down on their strategy. I have never spoken to anyone within the company who is happy or won't tell you of a complaint, even if you don't know them. It was a frustrating, sad experience. I would never recommend this company. It is a totally basic company that does not recognize or reward hard work. A lot of great people have left recently and have been replaced with overseas people, who have a totally different mentality. Black Box does not invest in training or hard-working individuals, so the people who remain are unhappy and do the least amount of work possible. If you are not a field tech, expect layoffs.
