good people to work with and they do care about you and the job

Cons

it doesn't matter how good you are, we get no raises. you can work countless hours of ot and get perfect scores on review (which are a joke) and you get nothing for it... so sad and it doesn't encourage employees to stick around. And no differential pay for any shift

I agree that we have great people on our team and they truly care about their team members and our clients. As of this year we now have a merit planning process in place to reward strong performers in the organization. In the early years there were several. The last 5 or so there were none because of very poor upper management with no regard for employees.

Cons

No salary increases. Increased work load with no help. Poor management. Major stress. No appreciation for employees.

Nice people, pay is not bad. Everybody is helpful.

Cons

It is a slowly dying company - just look at the stock price. Very limited career growth. Search someplace else for a job especially with the job market being "hot" in 2017.
