Cons

Selling old declining techology. Company made up of many smaller companies that have been poorly integrated. Most decision making comes from India. Bleak future as they move jobs overseas with revenue misses. Multiple layoffs during the year

They paycheck hasnt bounced yet.

Cons

Everyone knows morale is in the toilet, and not only do they do nothing to address it, then they turn around and make even more decisions that upsets the workforce. Overall, Executive leadership is indecisive, and when they do make a decision, it contradicts the last one they made. They don't answer tough questions and completely disregard any criticism and often times have ignored legitimate problems that employees were experiencing.

The people are awesome and very talented.

Cons

The upper level management is a complete joke and can’t follow through with anything to save their life. BBOX also doesn’t pay their vendors. They will let a vendor put them on a hold before they pay them. Very bad business.
