A career spoiling organisation I have ever seen in my experience. Language based favourism and partiality happens regularly. People hired here won't stay for long period. Incompitent managers and leadership makes good people to move away quickly and no growth at all. I have made such a huge mistake in my life and will never forget this experience ever.
