They have decent benefits. Most positions are allowed to work from home at this time
Cons
Salary is lacking. Leadership is non-existent. They only seem to care about playing the blame game. A fairly healthy company (AGC) purchased a failing company (Black Box) for pennies on the dollar - yet takes on all policy and procedure of the failing company as well as allowing the failing leadership to lead. You know what they say about the definition of Insanity... Employees are not willing to think outside their limited job description for fear of getting in trouble. Employees are leaving in droves as they expect the company to fail. Its really just a matter of time if they continue down the path they are going. It is truly sad. Long time employees of both companies have no confidence in this company any more. They have left or retired, are looking, or just riding it out until retirement.
