Thank you for taking time to comment on your experience while at Black Box. All feedback we receive is valuable. I agree, our benefits are competitive and our work environment and culture are definitely that of teamwork and camaraderie. I’m also pleased to share that our annual performance and merit review cycles are on plan for Spring of this year. As we worked to turn our organization around, we did have some right-sizing that impacted team members. Reductions are never easy, but I am pleased with how the team executed the plan, providing as much advance notice as possible and maintaining respect for each individual. Fortunately, those times are behind us now and we are on track to remain profitable and to grow, globally!
