      Inefficient HR. Variable pay not paid. Paid also only 50%. No respect for employees. Treat you like slaves.

      -Remote work -Mediocre benefits -Company provided equipment -Solid, in depth training -No complaints about direct manager or team

      Cons

      -No wage increase (with many promises of it coming soon) -Company is frequently on a credit hold with vendors, which makes it difficult to order materials and secure 3rd party vendors -No direction from upper management -No room for growth from current position -Many jobs outsourced to Bangalore office -Account managers and sales team do not manage customer expectations. Frequently overpromising and leaving the dispatch team to clean up the mess I truly would not be surprised if this company folds very soon
