Pros

Small teams. Lots of variety in work. Plenty of learning opportunities. Great place to expand your skill set if your just branching into the field.

Cons

Stagnant internal growth. Management is solid one-on-one but falls apart when taken as a whole. Expect to stay at the pay rate you're hired on at.
