Company Is Making Changes and Listening to Employees

They are working hard at making it a better place to work at and really focusing on employee training and promoting within. The upper management specifically the CEO has a clear understanding that the employees are a very important part of a company and the they need to keep growing with training and motivating. I see a good future for Black Box as an employee.

Cons

It' is very difficult to get out of a position if you are at a customer site and promotions there are almost impossible but you have to keep trying and keep learning to make yourself more valuable to the company.
