- Leadership has a clear vision and plan for execution - Great people who are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to deliver - Robust customer base with great industry leading products

Cons

- Technology is currently legacy, but we will be rapidly moving to modern tech stack embracing an agentic sdlc process, with a focus on secure, modern architecture which is cloud first

Good leadership, good industry with excellent growth potential

Pros

Good work hours with Friday afternoons off, excellent benefits, good work environment (most employees have offices or cubicle spaces which is really good for social distancing), easy to get to from most areas around Birmingham, pay is competitive.

Cons

Not having vacation time during first year, wish we were casual dress most IT companies are moving to this.

Pros

- Small company where you know everyone you are working with... including top-level management - Respectful of personal (family) needs - Easy to get time off approved... rarely restricted by work loads - Work-week schedule includes half-day Fridays (7-30 - 11:30) - Platinum level, health plan (BCBS) that has minimal deductibles - Management genuinely appreciates the employees' work

Cons

- Family health plan is pretty expensive - Pay could be better (but is generally offset by an overall pleasant work environment) - Vacation time earned is maxed out at 3-weeks once you've been there for five y-years -- I feel they should add another week of yearly vacation for employees that show dedication by staying more than 10 (or at least 15) years.
