      Terrible place to work in consulting

      Pros

      The few smart people remaining are great to work with and genuinely know their stuff.

      Cons

      Leadership is lost, the tool their investing heavily into is dying and doesn't keep up with industry trends. Leadership refuses to engage with consulting, wants us gone ASAP, but is incapable of doing that, so everyone is stuck in limbo while attrition reduces talent pool to nothing.

      - There are some nice people to work with, that are willing to help and answer questions.

      Cons

      - Raises are a rarity, when you get a raise they are very small. - Benefits are sub par, you’d expect better benefits when compared to other similar companies. - Heavy workload for little pay, bonuses are small.

      Fun snacks at the office

      Cons

      Office is located right behind the ICE Detention Center Company never made a stance on current human rights issues Team members were always under a lot of stress, behaving passive aggressive to others, and projecting the stress onto others Training program quality was horrible Forced to come into office for when no one else in the team ever shows up
