      Pros

      Meaningful work: you work on tools that help customers' code base be more secure. Technical growth: there are a lot of technical challenges that will give you plenty of opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Since COVID, some offices still are fairly empty. Monthly activities are arranged to help folks connect. Since BD has been split from Synopsys, compensation no longer includes equity since ESPP and RSU plans.
