Training and personal development prospects: on your own dime and your own time. Absent HR, absent payroll team, neglectful management. Long hours, thankless work, unreasonable targets. Negging culture. Massive client retention problem leaving in their droves, massive employee retention problem. Presenteeism, Cliquey toxic environment, isolate the quiet ones, Nepotism hires, no promotion chances. CEO is a nutcase.
