Don’t Expect Much

Pros

I learned a lot about coffee, the industry & working with a few amazing individuals.

Cons

Favoritism & leadership that can’t lead. Talent Management/Retention is non existent. Don’t expect to grow outside your role, as management prefers to hire externally. Regular layoffs & high employee turnover.

Founders are checked out, the company sold out to raise capital when they went public then squandered all the money.

The pay is lacking somewhat and the people who are hired don't always align well with the worldview and values that makes Black Rifle unique and special.
