Lack of opportunities, lack of recognition, lack of communication if the issues are unsuitable for example lack of projects, poor company performance and consequences to employment. Obviously when successes happen these are highlighted as they should be, but there seems to be a high number of middle management who probably don't have the same view as senior management and who are only interested in their own "nests" not necessarily the global company's requirements. Obviously this is a matter of opinion, but Im sure a very large number of staff would agree with this perspective.
