Good people, boring culture.

Pros

People are really smart, and small teams make it a great place to learn from them.

Cons

Culture is pretty boring for co-ops, not really anyone's fault, its a big company and things can get slow at times (and being in Waterloo doesn't help since there's not much to do there :') )
