Pros

Select number of highly sought after investment teams (Corporate Ventures, Alternative Solutions, Hedge Fund Solutions/BAA). Challenging investment and client assignments; pretty flat organization; meritocracy.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive with PE HFs, or alt credit shops. Global sales team is a disaster.

Pros

They do not give you a lot of responsibility when you first start, so that you learn your niche in the company office. This allows you to grow and learn rather than be completely overwhelmed.

Cons

Although its name is great, the company is too big. It cares more about shareholders than employees. The projects can be monotonous.
