      Excellent bosses and management to work with Can gain good knowledge on fin & the tech. side Efficiency and effectiveness are very closely tracked Compensation is good

      Cons

      Can sometimes get a bit too aggressive at times Needs to work on maturing the Gurgaon office more pro-actively Promotion is different then to rest of the locations.

      Decent pay though not the best. Relatively successful business model. Culture generally promote ethical behavior. Work (in Portfolio Analytic) can sometimes be rewarding.

      Cons

      PMG dominance, a senior PM person is always right attitude. Uncritical of true value add, cost vs. benefits. Management throw bodies at problems without real coordination or coaching.
