      Pros

      Forward thinking individuals and management. Excellent training opportunities and ways to enhance your knowledge of the various financial markets and instruments.

      Cons

      Too many layers of management, not enough transparency. Performance evaluations were bureaucratic and almost one sided, even department goals reflected on your overall progress whether or not they were in your control.

      Pros

      Open culture, lots of opportunity for smart, talented and driven individuals. High performance environment. Your career I what you make of it. Not a lot of structure and that's deliberate, they hire smart people who should be able to figure things out. And they do. The others?? You can see their posts here.

      Cons

      Don't work here if you aren't willing to work hard. The company is driving to a mission and you will be overlooked if you arent working toward it. Long hours. Growing pains of a growing firm but progress is made every day.
