      - Flexible Time-Off - Multicultural Environment - Pension - Aladdin Platform

      Cons

      - Communication across regions really bad for multinational / global teams - "Lean" Organisation. For teams with high turnover (i.e. Operations' teams) things will be tough for a while - Satisfactory salary for Directors & above
