Pros
BLK has a strong culture and identity and it is a great place to learn and develop. There is good leadership at the top of the organisation. very well organised with clear goals.
Cons
The biggest challenge is the scale of the company. There are so many products and teams that it can often be hard to know where to focus. At the lower level, the pay isn't excellent but it provides a strong foundation for a future career.
