      Excellent Facility Brand name (They keep boasting it, from the moment you are hired) Money is good, but do negotiate in the beginning itself

      Cons

      - India office lacks transparency, One BlackRock theme is SO artificial - The employees who joined from Helix Financials lacks technical and actual business knowledge, yet due to their overall experience are being paid very well or are being promoted to higher levels just due to the overall number of years they have served so far - Your actual reporting manager, is not your REAL reporting manager. So there is always a confusion WHO you should go to for WHAT type of issue
