      Great Company, could the be the best place to work.

      Pros

      This is a great company, great culture, very smart colleagues, a lot of opportunities. Everybody is busy trying to make it better, will need time to make it happen.

      Cons

      The acquisitions of other firms is making difficult to integrate different cultures, but they are doing a good job. I don't find anything particularly bad.

      Midtown location. Salary. Dedication of co-workers.

      Cons

      I can only speak for the technology team. Members of management were promoted without proper qualifications (or training) during the BGI acquisition. Management structure has become "fat", and ineffective....synonymous to an Administrative Assistant in an Managing Director role. There is a large gap between management and their subordinates.
