Pros

Well established company; good on resume competitive benefits and perks

Cons

Overall it just wast a great fit for me. Long hours and no work life balance. expect to be on call 24/7, even while on vacation. Their "Inclusion and diversity" program is only for the front-end people who make money for the company. Work from home is not for everyone and definitely not for assistants. a lot of politics - if you don't 'click' with your manager/team right away, then you're pretty much on your own. the team i was in had a cliquish environment. - if you're looking for mentorship, this isn't the place for you. people are too busy to try to help or "mentor" you. - you only get feedback during your mid-year and year-end review, until then its all mind games (at least on the team i was in). they are very good at highlighting your mistakes

Pros

Great benefits. If you are in the right team, the work/life balance and flex work is great. They invest a lot in their investment professionals

Cons

If you are not an investment professional, don't expect them to pay attention to you. The amazing career paths they have do not apply to the assistants. You work as you are and you are happy with it. Eventually, you will hit the salary ceiling and you need to be happy with that as well since it will not change.

Pros

Good benefits, Stable Company and many excellent people

Cons

No career advancement, bad management, because of it, it creates toxic enviroments. roles and resp are not clear for each individual. junior people do not have much to do.
