      Profitable company with not many pros.

      Cons

      Favoritism is on another level. The Aladdin business is rotten to its core. Good luck working there.

      Respectful, friendly culture. Supportive managers, wide ranging career opportunities across the firm.

      Cons

      Very personality driven. Disorganized systems and processes. Cheap. Dogmatic, overly simplistic view of value of being in office which has created perverse incentives at the margin. Health insurance: high premiums and not the best coverage.

      My friends made it tolerable.

      Cons

      Too many cons to list. Mostly had to do with upper management. Horribly handled. It was a game to get promoted, If you didn’t play, then onto the next.
