Pros

Varied and broad product set across multiple asset classes as well as technology solutions platform through Aladdin. Can have genuine open discussions with clients about any investment types. Good team culture individuals are genuinely willing to help you navigate the firm. I have moved teams internally three times and really enjoyed working with everyone in each of these teams.

Cons

Can be difficult to navigate without a good personal network. High pressured environment, can be very competitive. Generally under pay relative to market.
