- Market matching salary - Yearly raise and bonus - Very good benefits - Smart collegaues + diversity - Large scale company, great challanges - Great for networking - Nice office - Macbook + generous developer tools (eg. AI etc) - Flexibility

Cons

- Competetive environment, hard to get promotions - Required overtime, standby/oncall (team dependent) - Some legacy systems which makes extremely hard to move faster - Very few team building activites / company parties - 4 days in the office, and it's really crowded, the office population exceeds the optimal levels now
