Pros
Blackbaud is a wonderful business to work for. They do their best to take care of their employees. They have grown over the last few years, not only in size, but in maturity. They are making an effort to make sure they stay current with software features and customer needs. How Blackbaud sells and assists customers has matured as the industry requests have changed over the years.
Cons
Due to location, Austin office employees have other job opportunities locally to switch to, so there is frequent turnover.
