      Pros

      Casual work atmosphere, great perks, encouraged to learn and grow within the position. Lots of opportunities to move your career into different directions. Opportunity to work-from-home/telecommute when necessary due to illness or inclement weather. Many co-workers were able to turn their full-time positions into full-time telecommute positions seamlessly when needed. Company is very flexible and works with their employees to have a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Demanding clientele, sometimes long hours during busy season (August through October), software constantly updated so staying on your toes is a definite must.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance, not a lot pressure. Management is friendly and their are some fun people you get to work with. Decent benefits. Rewarding work getting to work with non-profits. If positioned right, you can get decent bonuses and stock grants to help offset lower salary.

      Cons

      Mostly widely used framework is ancient in terms of tech stack. After years of paying for it the newer products are (finally) moving off it to more current technology stack. Pay is a little low. HQ Location is great (Charleston is gorgeous), if in Austin I would be shopping the market since it's a popular tech city. If you can get to working on some of the newer projects, you will be better off but even first glance at those seem to be following a weak architecture pattern.

      Pros

      Great people, great mission. New leadership is making a difference. Good work/life balance and the ability to do meaningful work.

      Cons

      still need more work on our product roadmap/vision but this is getting better. the people that are nay-sayers are bringing down the rest of us.
