      Close to my home. interesting job. I get to learn a great deal and work independently. I like most of the people in my group

      Cons

      They are very resistant to promoting people even if they tell you that you deserve it. No bonus or equity unless you are director and above.

      Work life balance is the only positive- you can get away with no doing much, everyone else is doing the same.
