      Pros

      Meeting leftovers everywhere, office smells food and garbage all the time.

      Cons

      Heavy politics deeply rooted in every department to the extend that people would not get work done to avoid politics. For people aiming for growth, development and result, please feel free to look outside Blackhawk. Finance team play heavy politics not real work to the extend that people are afraid of speaking up on work related discussions. People who are not involved in real work hence plays safe politics to get rewarded/promoted. Same issue on the sales team. Every task is loaded with politics not company's value.

      Cons

      Fast moving market segment requires swift decision-making. Acquisition of several companies has created a disruption effect which will require attention to maiontain momentum.
