      Pros

      Teammates are friendly and nice. Then nothing is good about the company.

      Cons

      Excessive workload and unreasonable overtime work. Managemwnt is not fair to different departments and has bias on certain one. No recognition at all no matter how hard the team worked.

      Steady work over a long period of time Pays in a timely manner

      Cons

      This is PART time work with low pay and no benefits NO need to hound employees as to when the work will get done-it gets done and is always done! It is always done before Thursday of any given week. Give it a rest! Other companies pay more and are much nicer! What does it cost to hire and train personnel? Instead of badgering your employees that do the job-get Blackhawks' act together over their unrealistic expectations!
