      Pros

      A great team to work with with clear direction from Senior Management. Flexible working with a true understanding of employees other commitments outside of the work environment. Post covid the company were trying hard to make the effort with additional events, putting on things for staff such as yogo, weekly breakfasts, cookery classes and themed lunch vans etc. There was a real sense of HR trying to bring everyone back together.

      Cons

      Development within my team was difficult, so to progress I would have needed to step into another team, but this was just my personal experience and other teams are probably different as they might be larger with more flexibility on roles. And no bonus scheme!
