      Pros

      Expanding employee programs, flexibility, caring employer, growth and innovation. The company has grown quite a bit in the last 2 years yet they still value the input of their employees. At times it feels like a very large company yet at times it still feels like a small start up environment.

      Cons

      Could use additional internal training programs and learning modules.

      Pros

      I have been working in the bay area for about 14 years and Blackhawk is by far the best company that i worked at it has Great supportive teams, nice people, good work life balance, flexibility, great management, fast execution of projects - nice compensation and stocks overall a fun place to work.

      growth/promotions could be limited in IT
