      Pros

      I have joined BHN 6 months back. I can say from my experience that this place is best of both the worlds of start up culture and an established player. You get to contribute in decision making and hence the sense of ownership makes you feel connected with company's vision . Few things that definitely are working in my favour 1. Ownership 2. Good Pay 3. Challenging work 4. Good leadership 5. Descent work life balance
